Since 2011, Myanmar witnessed an influx of foreign migrants and repatriating Burmese. Residential supply was limited, causing a sharp escalation in property prices. Living in the city center became un-affordable for the average resident. Myanmar’s lack of a real land market amplifies these difficulties. All land is owned by the government and is leased out.

Due to the rapid increase of population, there are a huge needs for residences, hotels, convention centers, car-showroom, commercial projects with an acceptable cost, suitable schedule and wonderful decoration.
