Manufactured in Vietnam and assemble in Thailand, this prefabricated warehouse project was made to store agricultural products getting ready to ship out globally. Therefore, the peb warehouse owners and site managers requested that this pre-engineered building warehouse also integrates a crane and loading bay for goods. Built in 2016, this one is one of our standards projects.

The project mainframe.
With the request for a crane and loading bay, our team of engineers and designers get to work on drawings and materials estimation for the clients. Taking in factors such as ground stability, humidity, rain level, maximum loads, and road layout; these factors contribute to the pricing and material estimates required for the peb warehouse. In this case, we provide the client with a crane that can withstand 20 metric tons, 1 common area with lockers and lavatories, a loading bay with enough space for 2 trucks, and a small guardhouse. Since the area is limited, the guardhouse is moved to another floor of the peb warehouse, therefor a metal deck must be installed with stairs.

Internal structure.
Each prefabricated warehouse product that we provide for the client always comes with the basics: Mainframe, roof and wall panels, ventilation systems, door, and window frames, in this particular project, the location of the project is quite dry and has a low level of rain, therefore each part only require a galvanized finish, some part, however, require a layer of fireproof epoxy paint. Each part is prefabricated at the factory using the BOM shop drawing provided by the detail and structural design team.
Pricing was the number one concern for this pre-engineered building warehouse project, understanding this, we make it a top priority to design a material-saving structure and optimize the design as much as possible without sacrificing too much of the quality.
Erection of the peb warehouse project takes around 4 weeks; it starts with the concrete base that we drill into for anchors, then using the erection blueprint, the site manager moves from area to area to put together the structure. During this, the client is updated after every phase about the progress and is notified immediately about any problem on the site of the prefabricated warehouse project. Finally, the project manager goes through a checklist of items to make sure everything is in place and erected properly. Then the quality check report is sent back to the client for another checkup by them. Only after the client is happy about the project, both sides will make a handover document.
