Overview

This prefabricated cosmetic factory project, fabricated in Vietnam and installed in Thailand, must meet certain chemical facility specifications. Our team conducted a detailed design and methodology to ensure a smooth production process, with all elements such as temperature, maintenance, durability, and cost-effectiveness in mind.

Steel is a material with extremely efficient bearing. Therefore, steel structure factories also have similar bearing characteristics. As a result, these factories are not deformed during use. This structure is very suitable for constructing an industrial workshop. 

During the production process of a cosmetic producing unit, hygiene and cleanliness are of the utmost importance. We utilize materials in this Universal Vietnam Steel Building building project to ensure that all standards for hygienic working conditions are satisfied. Pre-build steel structures maximize roof lighting, and they create room for high-pressure wash systems, bacteria control and sanitation.In addition, we applied iSeam360+ panels and reaped the benefits of their water-leak resistance. This water-proof inclusion can bolster a structure’s effectiveness, and a pre-engineered steel structure enhances customization.

Often times, steel used in cosmetics plants undergo harsh treatment. Exposure to temperature variation and varying humidity, affects both acid and alkalis which causes corrosion. In such conditions, the quality and properties of steel play a critical role in the success of any makeup plant installation. In this project, we applied a layer of Alkyd and took advantage of its high resistance to temperature changes, which enables the cosmetic factory to hold up very well under extreme temperature changes and acts as a shield in protecting surfaces against the harmful effects of corrosion.

3D-Design

Structural steel structures maximize building space efficiency by using thin columns that maximize usable floor space, longer spans for open, column-free areas, and the integration of HVAC systems into structural spaces that allows for lower floor-to-floor heights. The advantage is twofold: more architectural freedom in putting out floor designs and more usable space for inhabitants. By being stronger, bays within steel frames can be spaced wider apart, which also creates wider bays. The wider available space allows for more flexible floor designs that can maximize the available space. 

As a whole, manufacturing cosmetics uses a large amount of energy for process heating, drivepower, cogeneration, and industrial boiler use. High-performance insulation available for steel structures keeps air from escaping your facility. That means you'll have less cool air escaping in the hot environment, so your air conditioning isn't constantly running. This translates to less stress on your heating and cooling system all year, decreasing the amount of energy your building will consume, and lowering your energy bills.It's a simple part of the construction process, but it may be the most important strategy to conserve energy and save money.
