This prefabricated storage project was manufactured in Vietnam and constructed in Cambodia. It was meant to store commodities that can be delivered internationally. As a result, the Metal Warehouse Building's owners and site managers have requested that the warehouses in this prefabricated structure be equipped with cranes and product loading docks.

Project Process

Our engineering team and designers begin working on designs and estimating supplies for customers as a crane and load bay become necessary. Consider aspects like ground stability, humidity, rain level, maximum load, and road layout; all of these things have a role in determining the pricing and estimated material requirements for a prefabricated warehouse. In this scenario, we supply customers with a 30-ton crane, a common area with lockers and restrooms, and a loading bay large enough for two vehicles and small rails. Due to the restricted space, the guard is shifted to another floor of the steel-framed warehouse, which requires the installation of stairs.

Customers will be delivered with the fundamentals of each pre-engineered warehouse project: central plates, roofing, wall panels, ventilation systems, doors, and window frames. Because the project location is relatively dry and rain-free, our product will be the best suit for you; nonetheless, a portion structure requires fire-resistant epoxy paint. Each element is prefabricated at the factory by utilizing the textures provided by the detailed design team.

Finally, the project manager goes over a post-control checklist to make sure everything is in order and set up properly. The QC report is then provided back to the customer to double-check.
