Location: Vietnam Head Office - No.74/13/1 Truong Quoc Dung Str., Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design according to the required PIF (Project Information Form) information, following U.S. and other equivalent standards.

Check the accuracy and completeness of approval drawings before signing and releasing.

Consult with the team leader to clarify information, ensuring designs are completed accurately and on time.

Complete preliminary designs for quotations requested by Sales/Sales Support, ensuring quantity calculations align with the information in the PIF.

Confirm the completeness of the PIF and discuss any changes or complex cases requiring assistance with the team leader.

Fill in the detailed quantity breakdown for each section/area of the project.

Additional details will be discussed during the interview.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficiency in:

• SAP & AutoCAD

• Office software: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic English communication skills.

Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, able to work independently, and highly responsible.
