JOB DESCRIPTION

• University students of Human Resource Object (Junior, Senior or have just graduated)
• Presentation Skill, MS Word + Excel
• Available for at least a 3-6-months, full-time or part-time internship
• Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, attention to detail, careful
• Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities
• Good at English (writing and speaking)
• Have a laptop to use for business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

As an HR Intern, you can work with various areas of HR to support the following initiatives:

• Assist the team with HR operations-related activities like recruiting, admin tasks, onboarding, Employee Data management, documentation, transfers, offboarding, etc.
• Understand the company HR policies, and can clearly provide support and answers to employees' queries.
• Data management for various internal systems to achieve data integrity.
• Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
