 JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Procurement Intern, you can work with various areas of the Procurement Department to support the following initiatives:

• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts, LTAs, or their Amendments
• Support the Sourcing Specialist with efficient implementation of new or changing services, market research, and finding new suppliers.
• Prepare Statistics and reports, including on Procurement volume.
• Process invoices for goods and services delivered ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation and timely payment. Follow up to completion and inform clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• University students of International Commerce/Business Administration (Senior or have just graduated)
• Interest in dealing with vendors, third parties, and talents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail and solution-oriented
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Good at MS Word + Excel
• Available for at least a 3-6-months, full-time or part-time internship
• Good at English (writing and speaking)
• Have laptop to use for business
